Chia and Sebastien, a beautiful couple from Santa Cruz, California, decided to embark on a journey of love and commitment on the breathtaking Big Island of Hawaii.
With Sebastien originally from Cannes, France, the couple was able to share their special day in both English and French, adding an extra touch of romance to their already perfect day.
The ceremony and photo session took place early in the morning at Kikaua Point, a secluded and pristine beach just 20 minutes drive from Kailua-Kona and located next to the luxurious Hualalai Four Seasons Resort. This location offers multiple backgrounds with stunning views of the ocean, the Hualalai volcano, and the Pu'u Ku'ili cinder cone, providing the perfect mix of natural beauty and luxury.
Kikaua beach is a mix of white sand with pebbles made of lava and coral, which creates a unique and picturesque setting. The beach park has a palm garden, a lawn area right next to the water, and a beautiful cove surrounded by lava rocks. Kikaua and Kukio beach are next to each other and the seascape at low tide is nothing short of breathtaking.
As the sun slowly rose above the Hualalai volcano, Chia and Sebastien exchanged their vows in front of the stunning Pacific Ocean. The ceremony was officiated by Deanna at Kona Wedding Officiant and took place a few feet from the water between two beautiful trees. The pre-ceremony couple photo-session was fast-paced and filled with laughter.
To enhance the ambiance, the couple had the pleasure of working with filmmaker John Bodhi and musician Dennis Garcia on the ukulele. Chia and Sebastien were surrounded by love, beauty, and romance, making for an unforgettable and magical day.
Love is a journey, and Chia and Sebastien's journey together began on the stunning shores of the Big Island of Hawaii. Their love story was captured in every frame, creating a lasting reminder of the day they promised to love each other forever, amidst the stunning natural landscapes that only Hawaii can offer
